1. Acceptance of These Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using M Tek Investment Platform (the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any policies or notices published on the Platform.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not create an account or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be legally permitted to use the Platform in your country or jurisdiction.
- You must provide information that is accurate, current, and complete.
- You are responsible for checking whether investment or financial services offered through the Platform are lawful for you to access.
- Where applicable, minimum-age and identity-verification requirements must be satisfied.
3. User Account & Registration
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, verification codes, and other account credentials. You must immediately notify the Platform if you suspect unauthorized access.
A user may not knowingly create duplicate, fraudulent, or misleading accounts, impersonate another person, or use another user's credentials.
The Platform may assign or generate a unique user identifier (UID) for account administration and record keeping.
4. KYC, Identity & Verification
Where KYC or identity verification is required, you agree to provide genuine and valid information and documents that belong to you. Submitted information may be reviewed for fraud prevention, compliance, account security, and eligibility purposes.
False documents, altered images, inaccurate identity information, or attempts to use another person's identity may result in rejection, restriction, suspension, or termination of the account, subject to applicable law.
5. Deposits & Funds
Deposits must be made only through payment methods and networks supported by the Platform. Users are responsible for entering accurate payment details, wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, and other required information.
A deposit may remain pending until it has been received, matched, reviewed, and approved according to the Platform's internal procedures. A blockchain or payment transaction being sent does not by itself guarantee instant account credit.
6. Investments, Returns & Risk Disclosure
Investment products and figures displayed on the Platform are subject to the specific plan terms shown at the time of the transaction. Past performance, projected figures, displayed rates, or examples must not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results unless a legally binding written guarantee expressly states otherwise.
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of some or all of the funds committed. Users should not invest money they cannot afford to lose and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be subject to account status, KYC status, security checks, applicable limits, fees, processing periods, and fraud or compliance review.
Users are responsible for supplying correct withdrawal destination details. The Platform is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the user, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Referral Program
Where the Platform provides a referral or commission program, participation is subject to the published referral rules. Referral rewards may depend on qualifying activity and may be adjusted, withheld, reversed, or cancelled where activity is invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise inconsistent with the program rules.
9. Security & Prohibited Conduct
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to another account or any Platform server, database, or administrative area.
- Do not introduce malware, malicious code, automated abuse, or activity intended to disrupt the Platform.
- Do not use the Platform for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
- Keep your credentials and verification codes private.
10. Suspension, Restriction & Termination
The Platform may temporarily restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, verification, technical protection, compliance review, or investigation of suspected violations. Where required by law, the Platform will follow applicable legal and regulatory procedures.
Account closure or restriction does not automatically cancel legitimate obligations that arose before the closure.
11. Liability & Service Availability
The Platform is provided subject to maintenance, technical limitations, network availability, third-party services, and other factors outside reasonable control. Temporary downtime, delays, or interruptions may occur.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect operational, technical, legal, security, or service changes. The updated version will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
